At BillNip, our goal is to make it easy to help someone pay their bills - whether it’s a friend, a loved one, or a public servant. We charge a small service fee to process each transaction, which helps us securely deliver payments and maintain the platform.
There’s no fee to join, no monthly subscription, and no hidden costs. You only pay when you receive funds
How the BillNip Fee Works?
When a BillNipper sends money to help cover a BillNippee’s bill, a small service fee is deducted from the total amount. This covers processing, delivery, and platform infrastructure.
Example: If you send $75 to help cover a bill:
First $25 = $2.95 flat
The remaining $50 = 4% fee ($2.00)
Total fee = $4.95
The BillNippee receives $70.05 (the full $75 minus the $4.95 service fee).
When a BillNip is funded via ACH (bank transfer), we offer a reduced flat fee of just $2.95, no matter the amount.

Total fee = $2.95
The rest goes directly to the bill on behalf of the BillNippee.
Every dollar you send goes directly to helping someone with a real bill. Whether it's rent, a phone payment, or a medical balance, you’re sending funds straight to the biller - not to the BillNippee personally. Your support helps reduce their financial burden in a real, trackable way.

To keep costs low and prevent abuse, wallets can only be funded using ACH or debit cards. Credit cards are not accepted to fund a BillNip balance.
